“Scheibler Farm is a unique premium investment offering a unique space for living and working. For us, Folwark is, above all, a fusion of history and modernity, a combination of historic architecture from two centuries ago with 21st century construction, but styled after typical red brick buildings. And all this surrounded by nature. Creating this project was a challenge and a real pleasure for us.

Challenges

The main challenge was to present the proximity of nature, the lake and the park and combine it with the historic buildings and modern residential investment. Scheibler Farm has 12,000 m2 of residential space and 2,000 m2 of commercial and service space. The detail and three-dimensionality of the brick facade and the spacious balconies and terraces gave us the opportunity to present the possibility of presenting detail of the facade. The farm has 246 apartments of various sizes and commercial premises on the site of a former farm building.

Thanks to the abundance of vegetation and water around the investment and the detail of the facade and common parts, we achieved an impressive effect by showing the client's project on our model. Our implementation focuses on providing a solution that both supports the developer's marketing and improves and increases the sales of newly constructed real estate.
