A new feature in our application: weather conditions that will allow you to present your investment in summer and winter. Thanks to a fully interactive model, your clients will be able to better assess the investment and decide to buy an apartment faster. Using the new functionality may be particularly important in the case of an investment located in attractive tourist locations.

The geometry on the model is unique to the seasons, as are the weather conditions. In the case of winter, we add snowdrifts or snow mounds on the roofs, and the water reservoirs around the investment freeze, creating a winter atmosphere. Thanks to this, we can show the individual conditions and unique development of the area around the investment.
The figures on the model are dressed according to the season – in winter they are wearing warm jackets and coats, in summer they are wearing thinner clothes. Their arrangement on the model and the activities they engage in also change. In summer we will see children playing on the playground or couples resting on benches, in winter we will see couples or families walking, dressed according to the weather.
The spatial development plan of investment asset changes, e.g. during rainfall the surroundings do not contain people and during winter the balcony assets disappear. Summer vegetation, especially low ones like grasses, flowers, herbs disappear during the change of season. Trees, on the other hand, are covered with snow according to the weather conditions.
Thanks to Unreal Engine 5, we can present the investment in a Christmas or winter version thanks to additional 3D elements that we can place on the investment or in its surroundings. So in winter we are able to decorate your investment with lights or other established additional elements, which will make it unique and focus the attention of customers for longer.
