Soho Development – Korso Mińska 17
Find out more about project
Project for Soho Development
Kamionek is one of the most dynamically developing parts of right-bank Warsaw. Old factories stand side by side with modern architecture, and in the immediate vicinity there are famous cafes, restaurants, galleries, the SWPS University and the Neon Museum. It is the diversity of infrastructure, the proximity of the university and the National Stadium that attracts a very diverse group of residents. Kamionek also means proximity to green areas.

Challenges
The green surroundings and the presence of other buildings gave us the opportunity to create a model rich in details of the surroundings. The investment includes large windows providing more light, comfortable apartments, each of which has a balcony, loggia or terrace. The premises downstairs have private gardens, while those on the top floors have terraces overlooking the city skyline. The residential function of the nine-story building is complemented by two commercial premises and sixty parking spaces. The Korso façade interestingly combines decorative plaster, shining in the sun, with a distinctive clinker texture and steel balcony railings.
Interactive 3D model
We focused on accurately reproducing the building and its surroundings and presenting the area to the horizon so that future residents could accurately present the neighborhood. Thanks to the arranged 3D apartments with views from the windows, we showed the potential of the interiors and presented the view at any time of the day.
Our implementation focuses on providing a solution that both supports the developer’s marketing and improves and increases the sales of newly constructed real estate.
