ROBYG – Port Popowice

The housing development presented in the 3D model is a more than 10-year investment, resulting in approximately 2,500 apartments, modern office spaces, and commercial premises. The heart of the project will be the port pool, which is set to be revitalized in the later stages of the investment. The project owes much to this port pool. Surrounding the pool, there will be many commercial premises. The plan includes the launch of trendy restaurants and cafes in this area.

Due to the size of the investment, the creation of the 3D model required building a vast amount of development for all planned stages of the project, as well as a massive surrounding area of the city – in this case, nearly all of Wrocław, with buildings extending to the horizon. All available computer graphic technologies were used here, enabling an interactive, dynamic display of the dense and expansive urban development from any chosen position and frame. Additionally, the urban scene changes with the time of day, presenting a realistic view of the city at night. The investment area, the size of the surroundings, its lighting, proximity to water, the modern spatial planning design, and the unique architecture of the project – all of these elements, on such an unprecedented scale, required unique solutions for the construction and optimization of the entire project.
