Project for Profit Development
The Wiaduktowa investment in Wrocław is a comprehensive, intimate housing development in Brochów. It consists of 102 apartments, retention tanks for water used to irrigate gardens, and the proximity to a park, greenery, and quiet surroundings, making it a unique green enclave in the city. The full urban infrastructure, the dominance of older buildings, and low-rise structures make it an ideal place for people who value peace and privacy.
Challenges
Our main challenge was to accurately present the green surroundings and both the low and high-rise buildings on the horizon, as well as the details of the estate’s land development. We also created a virtual walk around the investment’s surroundings and virtual tours of the apartments, including 3D models of the apartments with views from the windows.

Interactive 3D Model
Thanks to the abundance of vegetation around the investment and the details of the buildings, including gardens, we were able to realistically recreate the green enclave on the map of Wrocław.
