Project for Profit Development
Braniborska is a comfortable investment in the city center, located near the most important arteries near the Wrocław market square. It is an interestingly designed building combining modern architecture with an interesting use of vertical gardens introducing greenery to a fairly densely built-up urban space.
Challenges
The investment consists of 460 apartments of various sizes. The developer designed an investment that is to combine modernity with greenery, which is not very abundant in the city center. This is how the only vertical gardens in Poland were created, which complement the investment, and a green terrace on the roof of the building with a view of the city, which encourages building a community and spending time with neighbors. An oasis of greenery was created in a vibrant place.

Interactive 3D Model
Presenting an architectural project unique in our country was a pleasant challenge for us. Our architects and graphic designers specializing in site development plan took care of the natural surroundings and biodiversity of this urban jungle. The entire vertical garden built into the structure of the building enlivened the rather industrial area and allowed for the creation of an interesting finish to the building’s courtyard. Combining it with a modern facade and placing it in a stylized environment with modeled characteristic buildings of Wrocław gave a photorealistic effect that helps the client sell.
