Project for Marvipol
267 apartments and 15 service premises in the investment “Nowe Żerniki to KOSMOS” is a certain closure with a buckle of the WuWa2 estate in Wrocław’s Żerniki. The estate is to be a model investment, combining modernity and urban infrastructure with biodiversity, thanks to geometric quarters for residents’ crops, cascading terraces on the top floors or the planned biological bridge connecting the estate with the recreational areas of Glinianki.
Challenges
The combination of modern architecture with a modernist finish of the facade, which is a combination of architectural concrete and glass mosaic, a large gate of the investment and geometric quarters for residents’ crops create an intriguing investment. A tall building covering a smaller housing estate with the surrounding greenery on the horizon was a challenge for us to create one of the more realistic executive models.

Thanks to the abundance of vegetation and water around the investment and the detail of the façade and common areas, we achieved an impressive effect by presenting the client’s project on our model. Our implementation focuses on providing a solution that both supports the developer’s marketing and improves and increases the sales of the newly built property.
