Project for Marvipol
The Chmielna 78 Hotel Gdańsk investment is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk at ul. Chmielna 78/80. The facility offers 331 premises with access to rich hotel infrastructure in the **** standard. The offer includes 1-, 2-, 3-room premises with areas from 18 to 60 m2.
The investment is distinguished by a different and austere direction in design. Large glazing in the form of panoramic windows will allow you to enjoy natural light, which will correspond with the metallic shapes in the interior and will be reflected on the walls of the open space.
Challenges
For this project we’ve created a model presenting an investment property, where its location and the details of the finishing of the facade and common parts and services were particularly important. The investment itself is located on Granary Island, a very touristic corner of Gdańsk with beautiful architecture and near the Main City. This is particularly important for this type of investment, which is why we focused strongly on mapping the building’s neighborhood with all the details.

Interactive 3D Model
For the client, we prepared an interactive model both in the form of an application for the sales office and a browser version of the interactive search engine. For the WEB version, we introduced a special order to switch the time of day to the golden hour to highlight the special tourist values of the location. We also focused on the arrangement of common areas and services, and also paid special attention to the details of the facade and finishing of the building to the highest standard. In addition, we prepared a photorealistic surroundings of the building with modeled particularly recognizable points of Gdańsk.
