After intensive work on the prototype of the functionality and its first implementation at the client’s, we are officially presenting a new feature in our application: the Neighborhood module. Functionality that will help present the closer and further neighborhood of the housing investment.

Stylized investment area showing the most important information about the further vicinity of a given investment. It is a modern multimedia tool for presenting its most important advantages, including access to urban infrastructure. Thanks to stylized architecture and OSM data, we can present 100 km 2 of the area with the investment in its center, but these are not all the possibilities of the new addition to the interactive model. Check what else you can gain from implementing the Area.
Marking the nearby public transport lines, motorway exit points, important routes, proximity to the ring road, and train stations will show your clients the most important advantages of access to their new apartment. And for fans of a healthy lifestyle, we will mark nearby designated bicycle paths or walking routes.

The ability to present POI points in a given area at a specific distance from the area. It will help you discuss with your client the nearest infrastructure points, educational units or commercial facilities divided into 1, 3 and 5 km. And thanks to the additional functionality, POI labels in the marked area shine to make it easier to locate the indicated points.
Possibility to present a given area indicated in the vicinity, e.g. parks, industrial areas, greenery or beach. Thanks to the area POI layout, you will present in a unique way all of any areas important for your investment.
Marking up to 30 important points for customers in the vicinity of the investment, along with the point label and the category assigned to it. The points are categorized and have the option of filtering, thanks to which you can discuss important points with the customer. A business customer interested in an industrial park, an investor looking for a place to rent for tourists or maybe a family with children looking for a new place? For each customer, you will easily choose the right narrative and important locations for them.
Possibility of adding a label that contains a photo or video, a description of the point and time indicators of walking, cycling and car access from the investment. This is particularly important in the case of retail, service or important monuments in a business investment. Presenting the advantages of the location is the best way to convince a customer to buy an apartment in your investment and get ahead of the competition.
